Instructions for use: Apply 5 minutes prior to venturing outdoors, using a generous amount, rub onto all exposed skin, don’t forget up trouser legs, cuffs and necklines. You can choose to apply all over the body & face in particularly midge /mosquito/ tick infested areas, or at peak biting times OR just exposed skin. Reapply every 2 hours especially at **peak biting times, can be used as an Aftersun. This is NOT to be used solely as a Suncream – see AnderSun SPF 25 & 50.
