Orders
We reserve the right to decline any order placed with us. Our acceptance of your order will be confirmed by email, to an email address you provide. You may wish to print out the order form to aid the completion of the details, and to keep a copy of what you ordered.

Quality
Unless otherwise stated, or advertised as NEW on our website, all of our products are sold as Grade 1 or Super Grade USED products. Grade 1 condition means in working order and products may have have some small repairs made. Grade 1 items are not new and not perfect. They have been used and may have some marks on them. They are of the highest quality. All Grade 1 items are checked before dispatch. By buying Grade 1 items you agree to these terms and conditions. Of course if there's a defect, we'll make things right. All our products are covered under our warranty against material and manufacturing defects, even if 14 days have passed since your purchase. If the company determines that a product has a material or manufacturing defect, we'll repair or replace it. If you return grade 1 items simply because you do not like them, then you are liable for the postage.

Payment Options
Payments on our website are now handled by PayPal. The world's most trusted and secure online payment system.
All goods remain our property until paid for in full.

Refunds
Refunds will be made via the method of payment i.e. credit card or cheque etc.

Product Policy Whilst prices and specifications have been checked, no responsibility can be taken for errors or omissions. We reserve the right to alter prices and specifications without further notice. Any dimensions weights, and measures quoted are approximate. Images are for illustration purposes only. Any product information found on the website is intended for guidance only.

Substitutions We reserve the right to substitute goods with a similar product of equal or higher value.

Liability Our liability for a product is limited to the guarantee of our supplier. Liability for loss is limited to the purchase price of goods.
